Hey there, I'm Abby Cornelius
I worked in homebuilding for last 19 years working for two of the TOP 5 National Homebuilders. I know a little bit about a lot in homebuilding. I have experience in sales, training, leadership, land and operations.
I love this industry.
But, I also know firsthand how hard it can be to grow in your career, manage a family, have a life and still continue to be successful in the work that you do. I spent year investing in my personal and professional development so that I could rise professionally while also shining personally.
I started this podcast as a way to offer support to more women in the industry, who like me, want to show up great for themselves, their families and their teams. This podcast is meant to be a way to provide you a place to learn, grow and connect with other amazing women making waves in this industry.
